10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, Salud Technologies is not liable for personal injury,

health outcomes, dietary reactions, errors in user-provided data, or damage arising from third-party

services.

Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
