10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, Salud Technologies is not liable for personal injury, health outcomes, dietary reactions, errors in user-provided data, or damage arising from third-party services.

Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates become effective upon posting.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
